Junior Doctor Issued Notice in Dr Rekha Raghuvanshi Death Case at GRMC

Gwalior, India: A new development has emerged in the mysterious death case of Dr Rekha Raghuvanshi, a neurology specialist at Gajra Raja Medical College (GRMC), Gwalior. The college dean has issued a notice to a junior doctor who was reportedly present in Dr Raghuvanshi’s hostel room on the night of her death.

The junior doctor, who is pursuing a DM in cardiology, was questioned about his presence in the women’s hostel. The dean raised concerns over how he entered the hostel and under whose permission. The action came after the hostel warden informed the dean about the junior doctor’s presence in Dr Raghuvanshi’s room.

Dr Rekha Raghuvanshi was found dead in her hostel room on 29 March under suspicious circumstances. Her body was discovered inside her room, leading to an uproar. The family has alleged that she was murdered. The police from Kampoo station are currently investigating the case.

This latest notice marks a significant turn in the probe, as authorities seek clarity on what transpired on the night of her death.
